Last night madyn was in another "lets take pictures with mommy" mood so that's what we did. We took several pictures but this one was my favorite. I had no idea he had shut his eyes. It was sweet. :)

Lookie what Brandon made! :) It's a sturdy toy organizer! Madyn's old one that came with the bins was just old and falling apart so Brandon made him a new one. :) I love it!

Excuse my lack of creativeness for today. I worked 9:45-5 then had to get shoes for my vegas trip and we went grocery shopping after that, so by the time I got home my natural daylight was gone. :( I hate using the flash on the camera, everything turns out WAY to bright and untrue to the color so forgive me. :)

I was taking pictures of my mr man today as usual. When I looked at this picture it instantly reminded me I've taken a picture similar to it before. So I went through my old pictures and found the one on the left. He was barely 2 years old in the picture on the left. Today he's so close to being 5! He's still got the same expression, only now his face is a lot less round. He definitely is not a baby anymore, as these pictures helped point out. His hair is a lot darker now then it started out. And it's thicker too (much to my surprise). Oh how I love him!

Strawberry shortcakes with white chocolate strawberrie's on top! Yesterday was april's baby shower, and this is one of the lil snacks that was served. I ended up winning two prizes! Yay me! lol I hope that april had a blast and that she enjoys dressing him in the clothes I bought for mr deacon.

Oh how I love my son. He truely is my life. He randomly sat on my lap tonight and said "mommy lets take pictures together" The only camera I had on hand was my cell phone one, but it did the job! We had a great day playing with play-doh, coloring, and playing candyland. Then I cuddled with him before his nap. I love my days off. Especially when they end like tonight did.

On our way home from dinner this evening, the sky was painted in beautiful tones, and the trees were silhouetted by our setting sun. I thought it was beautiful. Unfortuantely the only camera I had with me was my cell phone, so the colors aren't as true as they could've been had I actually had my camera.

What Madyn is getting for Vday! I'll photograph what is in the bag tomorrow, I forgot to do that before I put it in the bag. :) This is the first year Madyn has actually cared for valentines day. It's really cute! we're going to dinner tomorrow evening, since between Brandon working during the morning and I work in the afternoon that leaves no time for all 3 of us to be together that day.

Today turned out to be a pretty good day! I got a visit from my sister & my neice! It's been about a month since I've seen them, so it was really exciting for not only me but for Madyn too. Madyn loves his aunt, and his baby cousin. He was at grandma's house when they first came over, so it was exciting for him to come home and see his aunt and his cousin. DiAnna wasn't the happiest at first, because she was getting sleepy, and I think she's teething, but after taking a short nap, she woke up in a way better mood.
It's so cute to see him hold his baby cousin, it only makes me more anxious to have another little one of my own. . . Just for a short period of time ;)

I have a feeling until it gets really really hot outside a lot of my pictures will be of mr man in his biking attire. Guess what we did today?
Yep! We rode the bike again! He's just SO darn cute in his gear, and I know that once he learns how to go, go, go without training wheels, he'll want to be outside all the time, and it will probably be a fight to get him to wear this gear. Oh how I hope not, but knowing my sons stubborn side, it will probably be a big deal.

I actually actually took pictures with the camera today and not my crappy quality cell phone camera. :) Aren't you proud of me? heehee. It's so hard for me to get out of the apartment when my surroundings are very limited and besides taking pictures of the trash, the rocks or the carport awnings there's nothing "new" out my door every day and since I have no car I'm really REALLY limited as to where I can go.
